The swap is actually very simple though it is not for the novice, all you need is a 350 Chevrolet V8,a pair of JTR motor mounts($85 a pair) and a set of headers made for any mid70s Camaro, I used a set from Summit racing that cost me $89.Everything else just bolts right up and the shroud just needs some trimming to fit.I did this by removing the front face of the van and pulling engine out front, you can also pull the entire front frame off the bottom if you have a lift but I didn’t and it wasn’t bad at all.I used a mid80s 350 only rated at only 170hp since I bought it cheap as a test mule, it will be replaced by a more serious engine later.
